They work closely with partners to build strong cases, execute strategies, and provide high-quality legal counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Prepare contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
Assist in hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Manage discovery, filings, and case documentation
Review laws, regulations, and precedent to guide firm strategy
Support partners and clients with responsive, solutions-oriented counsel
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar (or pending admission)
1–5 years of experience in relevant practice area(s)
Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
