Corporate Attorneys are deeply involved in the formation, governance, and ongoing operations of corporations and other business entities. Their work often includes drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), managing shareholder agreements, and advising executives and boards on strategic legal decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate structure, governance, and compliance

Ideal Background
